Trip to Monaco

Tim's taking us to the South of France and letting us dip our forks in the cuisine of the Mediterranean.  Indulge in Tapanade (black olive 'caviar') with a French baguette, a Chicken Breast Sauteed in Cream and Mustard Sauce ('supremes de volaille dijonnaise'), and Ratatouille (Provencal summer vegetable medley).  After Fettuccini Dressed with Garlic and Green Olives ('pates aux olives vertes') and Cucumber Salad with Creme Fraiche and Dill you might just find a stamp on your passport.  In the French tradition, Tim will choose a delightful wine to pair with this Summer meal.

Children will have the experience of seeing food coming from farm to table during this valuable week.  With a hands-on lesson on selecting produce, kids will learn nutrition straight from the source thanks to local farms.  With wholesome recipes, this camp is sure to make even the pickiest vegetable eaters interested in produce and cooking.

Bring the kids to learn how to prepare complete meals from scratch.  Each day will have a different theme.  With days on Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Pasta, and Simple Snacks, this camp will make little sous chefs of kids in just a week.
